Relationship and intimacy coaching in San Francisco.
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA
Practical, honest support for people who want to communicate more openly, deepen emotional and erotic connection, and create more of what they want in their relationships.
When insight isn’t enough
You may understand what’s happening and still find yourselves repeating the same patterns. Maybe you want to talk about sex without tension, bring flirting and affection back into everyday life, create a more meaningful relationship check-in, or stop leaving intimacy to chance. Coaching focuses on what you want to create…and the conversations, behaviors, and practices that can help you get there.
What intimacy coaching can support
More open conversations about needs, boundaries, desire, and pleasure
Greater emotional closeness and more responsive communication
Flirting, affection, sensuality, and erotic connection beyond the bedroom
Greater confidence initiating intimacy, responding to a partner, and talking about sex
Relationship agreements and consensual non-monogamy (CNM/ENM)
Maintaining intimacy through menopause, aging, illness, and changes in the body
A sex-positive, affirming approach
There is no single right way to experience intimacy, desire, or relationships. Coaching is collaborative, culturally aware, LGBTQ+ affirming, kink affirming, and welcoming to people in consensually non-monogamous relationships and relationships of many forms.
My signature model, The Pleasure Pathway™, expands intimacy beyond intercourse and sexual performance through six interconnected pathways: Touching, Breathing, Kissing, Play, Fantasy, and Communication.
