No, I am a private pay practice and do not accept insurance or provide superbills. I can, however, provide a receipt for services, if needed, but I do not communicate with insurance companies in any capacity.
Insurance companies often require specific diagnoses and impose limitations on session lengths, frequency, or duration of therapy. Choosing to work outside of the insurance model allows me to provide the highest quality care, tailored entirely to your needs without restrictions.
Payment for services is required the day of your appointment prior to the start of your session.

Therapy focuses on addressing psychological and emotional challenges around sexuality, intimacy, life, and your overall health. It may involve exploring personal history, trauma, or mental health factors affecting your sexual health, relationships, and wellbeing.
Coaching, on the other hand, is more goal-oriented, focusing on practical techniques to improve sexual intimacy, communication, confidence, and relationship and sexual satisfaction.
I tailor my approach based on your specific needs and goals.
-
At your consultation, we’ll discuss the reasons you’re seeking support and the changes you’re hoping for. Depending on your needs, we’ll determine which approach is the right fit for your goals.

Your first appointment is a 45-minute video consultation. We’ll start with a discussion about your concerns, goals, and the changes you’d like to see in your life and relationship(s).
It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions, get to know me and get a sense of my approach, and determine if you feel I’m the right person to support you.
-
Therapy is a relational process, and the structure of care is best determined through conversation rather than assumption.
During an initial consultation, we will review fees, session options, and expectations openly so you can decide whether moving forward feels like the right choice for you.
A Good Faith Estimate will be provided after we discuss the recommended structure of care and before services begin.
