Relationship & intimacy coaching - wherever you are

ONLINE ACROSS THE UNITED STATES

Practical, action-oriented support for individuals and partners who want to communicate more honestly, create emotional and erotic connection, and practice something different.

Stop waiting for intimacy to happen by accident

Many people know they want more connection but do not know how to create it in daily life. They may avoid conversations about sex, struggle to name needs, repeat the same unhelpful exchange, or hope desire will return on its own. Coaching turns insight into specific conversations, experiments, and practices.

What we can build together

  • Language for emotions, boundaries, needs, desire, and pleasure

  • Relationship check-ins that feel useful rather than forced

  • More affection, play, flirting, and erotic communication

  • Confidence initiating and responding to intimacy

  • New patterns around desire differences and sexual disconnection

  • Intentional connection through menopause, aging, illness, and transition

Coaching for individuals and partners

You can participate alone or with a partner. Individual coaching can help you understand your relational patterns, communicate more clearly, date with greater intention, or participate more fully in partnered work. Partner coaching gives you a structured place to practice together.

More than generic relationship advice

I bring specialized knowledge of sexual health, relationships, trauma, attachment, and the body to coaching while keeping the work educational and future-focused. My approach is direct, compassionate, sex-positive, culturally aware, and grounded in the understanding that intimacy is emotional, physical, relational, and erotic.

Coaching may also incorporate The Pleasure Pathway™, my six-pillar model for cultivating Touching, Breathing, Kissing, Play, Fantasy, and Communication without reducing sexuality to intercourse or performance.

Scope matters: Coaching is not psychotherapy. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for therapy, crisis support, or medical care.
